    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like this House to know that we are facing very huge challenges along the coast because of the strong sea waves, particularly during the high tides, which continue to erode land. As a consequence of that, it endangers property and human lives. We have the capacity to provide the protection required; unfortunately the main problem is the funding. Even in this particular area, at Kizingitini Secondary School and the neighbouring areas, there is urgent need to do more work there but the amount of money allocated is far less than what is required to undertake these works. Therefore, we will need the support of this House and the Treasury to allocate much more funds to secure these areas and make sure that the people there are properly protected and that the danger we face right now is minimized."
