    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Minister for the open answer. But I want him to know the frustrations of the people of Mosop as regards registration of births, especially towards the registration time of KCPE candidates. This is a district that came into being in 2007. We are talking of five years down the line and the Ministry is still looking for staff to establish an office in Kabiyet. To register people does not require rocket science. Now that he has confirmed that he has recruited some casual labourers and understanding the frustrations of the people of Mosop, could he consider seconding these staff to Kabiyet, as junior as they are, to do the collection of all information and take them to Kapsabet for registration, because our people have suffered? I believe he can assist them."
