    "content": "Order! Hon. Members, the next business after Order No.7 will be Order No.8 followed by Orders No.9, 10 and 11. All these pertain to the Ministry of Finance to some extend or other and I have a request in writing from the Minister for Finance to the effect that he is out of the country. He has requested deferment of business falling within his portfolio until his return. So I will, therefore, stand down business at Orders No.8, 9, 10 and 11 until the Minister returns. So, they will not appear on the Order Paper until such time."
