    "content": "In this particular case, the Committee, under item 7.3 of its Report, is telling us that submissions made by the Legal Advisor on Nominations from the Office of the Prime Minister indicate that the Prime Minister had initially agreed to an original list from the Office of the President on nomination of the following persons:- (i) Mr. Johnson Kavuludi, Chairman; (ii) Lawrence Nyale, Member; (iii) Esther Chui Colombini, Member; (iv) Bernard Mbai (Advocate), Member; (v)Mula Mutia, Member; and, (vi) Mary Owuor, Member."
