    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The answer was signed by the Assistant Minister in his office. After signing it in his office he cannot purport, on coming to Parliament, that the answer is not adequate unless he tells us that he found the answer in the House. Even if it was signed by the substantive Minister, he cannot purport to have not seen it in their office. That is how the issue of English comes in."
