It is very evident that the Assistant Ministers from one wing of the Government; the PNU, are not very comfortable with the Ministers who come from the ODM. This is because in both cases these are Assistant Ministers from the PNU side who do not want to read the answers which have been signed by Ministers from the ODM. So, is the Government going to hold the House to ransom because of their divisions within the Government?"
