    "content": "There is no need for the Chair to give a Communication as these are expressly provided for in the Standing Orders. So, Assistant Minister, as the practice has been, lately, there are no other sanctions that the Chair can pass other than to deny a Minister the opportunity to transact Business on the Floor of the House for being either disorderly or for contravening the provisions of the Standing Orders. So, in the circumstances, I am left with no option but to proceed again and do as we have done always and ask you; how much more time do you need?"
