    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am totally in agreement with hon. Kioni about the marginalization of Nyandarua County. As you know, the concept of “county” dates to the year 2010. Before that Nyandarua County or District was marginalized and the hon. Member knows the politics of that time. Even J.M. Kariuki Hospital that we are going to rename tomorrow suffered this marginalization which goes several years before even the Coalition Government came into being."
