    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) The Agricultural Finance Corporation advanced poultry loan to Mr. Pitalis Ojowi Omutu on 24th September 1991. (b) By the time the Government wrote off loans owed by farmers in 2002, the total loan for Mr. Omutu was Kshs203,959.59. The farmer has paid Kshs41,700 leaving an outstanding balance of Kshs162,259. (c) The AFC has continued to demand for the payment of the loan since Mr. Omutu was not among the beneficiaries of the loan write off approved through the Sessional Paper No.1 of 2002. Thank you."
