    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me, first of all, say that I am very delighted that this day has come that we can talk about the issues of consumer rights in our country. This has been a long journey. I first drafted this Bill in the Ninth Parliament. The Government and the Minister for Trade then were not willing to let it come to the Floor because it was going to affect the general trade atmosphere, particularly the issue of class action suit but we have now gone full circle."
