    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, in light of the ruling that was given in court, I do not know Mr. Balala would want to consider withdrawing the statement he has just made. There was a ruling in court that is requiring the Registrar of Political Parties to give information about Members of Parliament and their party affiliations and their party memberships. What Mr. Balala is doing is that, through the HANSARD he is saying that he is not a member of ODM party. Because Mr. Balala is my friend, I would want to encourage him to request that the same be expunged."
