There are many examples that are done by merchants and businessmen in terms of exploiting the masses. The hon. Member has been very passionate in the aspect of interest rates. A company like Barclays Bank always announces a Kshs12 billion profit despite the fact that it operates in a third world country. This is purely exploitation."
