"content": "I want to talk about the issue of measurements. Because I come from the hospitality industry, I enjoy my beef when I go to South Africa. It will be a T-born and a half and you need three people to share it. But when you go to our hotels here, a T-born is less than a quarter kilogramme, and half of it is a bone and it is heavy. You are told that that it is the French style being served to you; you are given so little that you wonder whether you paid for the amount that you deserve to pay for. This is a problem. It is not only in South Africa, but if you go to other countries, you will see that the amount of food served is commensurate to what you pay; that is not the case in this country."
