However, I want to remind him that a similar Question was asked here on 22nd December, 2010.In answer, he said that Kshs400 million was allocated to create the infrastructure within the vicinity of the techno city. I can see that they have only done the fence and the site office. When are they going to do the roads, the sewerage system and the other important basic infrastructure so that when the investors come, they can find it ready for investment?"
