    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to confirm that interactions have been going on for the local community to own the project. The Ministry is ready at all times to engage the people because we want them to be proud of the project. This is a national project, but we know the people of Machakos County will be the major beneficiaries. As soon as this is done, more of those cities will start rolling out in other counties in this country. So, we, as a Ministry, are engaging the local community to understand and own this project, so that they can reap the maximum benefits from it."
