"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this issue of IDPs is a very funny issue. What is surprising me as one of the recipients of most of the IDPs is that when IDPs were separated; some went to Naivasha and others came to Ol Kalou. Those who went to Naivasha have been resettled while the Ol Kalou IDPs who actually live under water have been left high and dry. Their chairlady died before she had registered them with the Ministry. What is the Minister doing to settle them because they have always been in high spirits and we are running short of time? What is she doing to resettle those people who are actually languishing under water?"
