    "content": "asked the Minister for Roads:- (a) whether he is aware that the widening and improvement of the section of Kisumu–Maseno Road, between the newly-improved Kisumu International Airport and Kisat Bridge, will not serve the intended purpose of efficient flow of traffic to and from the airport unless Kisat Bridge and the section of the road between KICOMI and the bridge is also widened and improved; and, (b) what the Ministry‘s plan is to widen and improve Kisat Bridge as well as the section of the road between the bridge and KICOMI to accommodate the expected heavy flow of traffic between the airport and Kisumu Town Centre."
