    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the only project that had problems in Molo Constituency as I have already indicated is the shallow water dam. I am not aware of any fish pond that is not in working condition. If the Member has any evidence to that effect, then as a Ministry, we are very much willing to follow it up very closely. We have recently posted a District Fisheries Officer to that district and we have not received any information to the contrary that indeed, some of these fish ponds are not operational."
