    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Budget is usually approved by this House. When the Minister brings here the Budget, the Budget Statement has the figures of the previous year’s Budget. The figures of what was voted are always there. What is not there usually is what was spent and what was not. What is not spent is all the time re-voted in the figures of the next Budget. The current figures include what was not spent and what is going to be raised as revenue in the course of that financial year. That is usually the actual figure."
