    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise on a point of order to seek your guidance on a very important issue relating to the proper implementation of the new Constitution. Mr. Speaker, Sir, a credible election is part and parcel of proper implementation of the new Constitution. There have been controversies arising at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). In the process, the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs has summoned the IEBC to appear before it. I seek your guidance that the Constitution Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) be enjoined in that sitting, so that they are able to monitor the process as this is part of the mandate of the CIOC. Thank you."
