    "content": "Hon. Members, I have followed what has transpired, particularly by way of submissions beginning with the point of order raised by Dr. Eseli and supported by Dr. Khalwale, Messrs. Imanyara and Ethuro and Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona. I am satisfied that this is a matter that is urgent and is of great public interest. I am further satisfied that the two Committees can jointly inquire into the matter of the BVR and file a report in this House at the earliest and in any event not later than 14 days from today."
