    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as much as we have many extension officers, the question of law enforcement has been a very big challenge to the Ministry of Agriculture. The issue is with the traders or brokers who deal with potatoes. We have to incorporate the Ministry of Local Government, so that they can help us with the enforcement. In the meantime, the Ministry of Agriculture is now recruiting special inspectors, so that they can help us in the enforcement of these particular laws."
