    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to assure this House that the Ministry of Agriculture in conjunction with the Ministry of Local Government is going to come up with very stringent measures, so that we can enforce these legal notices and bring sanity to the market. As I had stated earlier, the Ministry is in the process of recruiting specific enforcement officers and inspectors, so that we contain the brokers who are out there to exploit innocent farmers."
