    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my condolences to the family members of the two officers. The exercises those people are supposed to undergo are very rigorous. Could the Assistant Minister table in this House the pre-exercise medical report that certified that the two officers were fit to undergo that kind of rigorous training? Could he go further and table the postmortem findings to tell us the actual cause of death? If those boys were not fit, the postmortem findings will confirm that the cause of death was not necessarily the drowning but another pre-existing medical condition."
