I am glad to learn from him that instead of Kshs4 billion, we are talking about Kshs8 billion that is in the process of being acquired. However, in the short term, western Kenyan is currently suffering from power interruptions and our small industries are affected. The Assistant Minister has said that he will put up a power plant engine at Muhoroni. When will he do that and how much money has he put aside to do the work so that small industries in western Kenyan can benefit from that?"
