    "content": "With regard to hon. Ethuro’s concern, I know that Turkana is at the border. When there was an outbreak of polio, I went there personally to assess the situation. I went there with WHO officials and we launched a major campaign. Even on the Ebola outbreak, we are very alert. We have sensitized our clinicians and officers in all our border districts. When they need more reinforcement, they will tell us. The Director of Public Health is focusing on that and we are getting information every day. So, I would urge you really not to worry about it. We are doing everything that is humanly possible. Yes, I value life."
