"content": " Mr. Kimunya, a ruling is as easy as that because when the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs says that the matter will be addressed in the House, he is telling this House that he will consult the people who stand in for him. It is his undertaking to the House. These are concerns that were raised by the House as a result of persistent demands and requests by Members. I do not think it will be really as casual as you are trying to make it. It is a little bit more serious than that. But address your issue first and then we can come to that."
