    "content": "The Committee, in conjunction with various stakeholders working in the protection and assistance of IDPs, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the Kenya National Human Rights Commission (KNHRC) and other agencies developed a Draft Bill on the protection and assistance of IDPs, which has since been submitted to Parliament for debate and adoption. We already have the Bill published pending discussion by Parliament."
