Members, I indicated at the beginning of this debate that the reason we have to conclude the debate today is because the Bill is part of the recommendation that has already been read the First Time. I did indicate to the Minister that we will be concluding this debate this afternoon in order to facilitate the debate of the Bill that has already been read the First Time and there was no objection. That was the decision of the House with me sitting on the Chair. We are not going to overule that. If the Government does not want to respond, that is very well.
