It I important that this matter is coming up at this particular time noting that very soon we are going for next year’s general elections. It is equally unfortunate that five years down the line we are still discussing issues concerning the IDPs. It is as if we are discussing about external IDPs. At the end of the day, we are more concerned with those running away from their country, refugees than our people.
