    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, on the issue of the Kshs25,000, we wanted to pay it so that people whose houses had been destroyed or burnt could reconstruct them. But when we took the programme of reconstruction, we decided not to reconstruct as well as to give the money. But we are saying that the option is still open. If somebody feels that he or she can do with Ksh25,000 to reconstruct the house, we are willing to do that. The exercise is ongoing especially at the border of Kisii, Kalenjin and Luo. I think it is called Borabu. We are investigating what we can do there."
