    "content": "The next Parliament will also need to hire more professional and technical capacity to facilitate the work of the various committees. This is critical because the future Ministers who will be called Cabinet Secretaries will not be Members of Parliament. It is also important that we have experienced membership into those committees. I, therefore, encourage the current Members of Parliament to seek re-election because the next Parliament will be an important pillar of the Government."
