    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I appreciate the Assistant Minister’s confirmation that the road is already at the design stage. I also appreciate that he has allocated Kshs30 million for its maintenance this year. But the issue we are actually raising is that the contract had been awarded for Kshs49 million or so, to partially rehabilitate that road and make it motorable. The question that we are asking the Assistant Minister is: Was the work really done? The road was really not done. Could he confirm that those works were done and if not, we go and do the inspection with the contractor? We will find out how much has been paid. Have you paid the money?"
