In the absence of any explanation at all, let alone a plausible one, and given the urgency of the information sought in this Question, and from the position of the Speaker, I have a brief to the effect that perhaps there is a deliberate effort to avoid answering this Question. I want, therefore, to refer this matter to the Committee responsible for Broadcasting. I think they can do it jointly with the Committee on Energy. They more or less have common ground in some respects. I will want the two Committees to inquire into this matter and file a report in the House within the next ten days. It is an urgent matter. Ten days from today, the two Committees, please, note. Let the Minister be aware."
