    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate the Assistant Minister’s answer, at least he has said in part “a” of his reply that he is aware that Molo residents have not been receiving sufficient water supply for the last one month or so. This could be true but how comes that this company was awarded this contract to drill this borehole and pump the water in Molo Town yet the grace period for the contractor has not expired and the machines they installed are not functioning? Why are they not functioning and yet they are newly installed?"
