    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this borehole was done by use of CDF funds. The contractor had put an oversized pump and, therefore, this led to a breakdown which lasted for quite some time until my District Water Officer intervened. Right now they are on site together with the contractor and the District Water Officer is supervising the replacement of the pump. It is my sincere hope that water supply will resume very soon."
