    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ministry is always in Kagumo because that is the Ministry’s college. Whatever is done in Kagumo depends on what is requested by the college management. As I have said, through the Ministry of Public Works we have done 16 new class rooms and provided all the facilities I have talked about. That indicates to the hon. Member that we care about Kagumo just as we care about our other institutions."
