    "content": "I would like to state that a transfer in the Provincial Administration takes immediate effect. The officer was facilitated with official transport, GK A260Y and 70 litres of fuel. She was also authorized to sign the work ticket which she did. It is the policy of the Government to provide official transport or reimburse the cost of transport in the absence of Government transport to officers on transfer. In this case, the officer was given a vehicle and enough fuel. I will table the work ticket signed by her."
