    "content": "Having said so, the clarification I want from the Minister is that there was an allegation of sexual harassment that was made by a young officer. Given the nature of sexual harassment offences, people would not go to the roof tops of buildings and scream “sexual harassment!” Could this young officer be given a chance, in-camera, to actually indicate what threats she has gone through by the District Commissioner? This is because shortly after she made the sexual harassment allegation, she was physically attacked. So, without asking the lady to report this matter, given that, in their very nature, sexual harassment offences are difficult to handle, has he gone out of his way to find out the facts on his own? I would also lend my voice to hon. Olago that the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, and the Committee on Administration and National Security jointly look into this matter, given that we are going into an election year, and considering the fact that the situation in that area is already volatile and may create a problem."
