    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister should:- (iii) clarify whether he is aware that the provisions of Political Parties Act require that the 51 political parties that are now registered must maintain branches in the 47 counties; (iv) clarify whether he is aware that the running costs of these branches require the full disbursement of the 0.3 per cent; (v) clarify when the Treasury shall release the balance of the funds that are expected by political parties, considering that this is an election year and we need to prepare.
