What they are saying is that the sensitive issues they are working on and the timeframe they were given was not sufficient. What they have gathered up to now is very sensitive; it is very eye opening in terms of telling this nation the truth about what has bedeviled this country over the last 40 years, the human rights abuses and so on. The data gathered is very sensitive and will help this country in reconciling itself with its past."
