    "content": "In my view, of all the Commissions that were set up under Agenda No.4 of the Kenya National Accord and Reconciliation Act, this is the most important. It is unfortunate that with the wrangling that the Commission experienced, it could not do the job fast enough. If you look at the mandate of this Commission, you will realise that it is huge. It is also under that mandate that, as a country, we can bring a closure to our ugly past and move forward."
