    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Under what circumstances were Administration Police Constables recruited and enrolled at Administration Police Training College (APTC) without basic academic qualifications, certificates and without being given service numbers that resulted in 600 of them being given 3 days off on 28th May, 2012 to present the documents to enable them proceed with training? (b) How many of these officers have so far returned to the college with genuine documents and could the Minister provide a list of the 600 officers who were affected? (c) Why were the officers exempted from normal courses offered at the college and instead only taught “Field Craft” (Section of War)? Before the Question is answered, I want to make one or two points by way of point of order. One, part “c” of this Question is---"
