    "content": "It cannot be disposed of today. It cannot be listed on the Order Paper this afternoon. It cannot because you are not the Questioner. Hon. Koech; the Questioner now wants to read the answer first before he is able to prosecute it. In any case, there are many facts that are basically not in your possession now on this Question. I do not think you were on the Floor of the House when this Question was raised the last time. If you were then, the issue is that it is much more than just renaming. It is a Question that deals with the status of the facility and the status of all the equipment and infrastructure and an undertaking on the part of the Government on what it is able to do in this financial year. The Chair directs that this Question be listed on the Order Paper tomorrow, and that it be given priority."
