    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister in his first statement made it very clear that they are going to take the supplier to court. However, in the last statement just before he sat down he said, “Maybe”. I need to know exactly what he means and when Gendia Secondary School can get their computers because this has taken too long. Also, the Ministry of Education should come out very clearly and tell Kenyans when secondary schools will be equipped with computers. This task has been going on and off. The Ministry of Finance gives inadequate budget which is rejected and then they go quiet and do not do anything about it while schools are waiting. I would like the Assistant Minister to tell this House when secondary schools in Kenya will be equipped with computers."
