Through your indulgence, I was only following on the question raised by Ms. Shakila Abdalla which the Assistant Minister answered. Mine was a follow up and I have given a clear example from his Ministry where in two regions; the Northern Water Service Board and Lake Victoria Water Service Board were given less than Kshs30 million while two other regions of this country - the Assistant Minister is aware - got more than Kshs100 million. That is Tana-Athi Water Service Board and all the water boards from Central Kenya."
