    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with the Assistant Minister that he need not list the names of patients. However, he has given me a table here, showing the type of cancer and deaths in numbers and not names. For example, he has given me a list showing that oesophagus is the leading type of cancer which has been killing people in Kabarnet District Hospital for the last four years. He has given a total number of 33. For breast cancer, he has given a total of nine. That is exactly what I wanted; to table only the list of names, so that we know which type of cancers kill people in Kabarnet District Hospital. Having said that, I wish to ask the Assistant Minister what measures the Government has put in place on awareness, knowing that now cancer is one of the leading killer diseases. What measures has the Government put in place to create awareness among our people to control the disease?"
