Now that we have that proposed cancer centre nearly ready in Eldoret, could the Assistant Minister confirm to us what the charges will be, and whether those charges will be covered under the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF)? That is because the poor will not be able to meet the charges of the cancer radiation treatment? Is there any programme where the treatment of cancer will be covered under the NHIF?"
