    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have tried, through the media, to advise people to undergo cancer screening. As we are all aware, this is still expensive. As a Ministry, we had proposed a Budget of Kshs80 billion, so that we could buy cancer screening machines and put them in hospitals all over the country. If you look at the budget, this Parliament did not approve that; so, it is not possible to buy all the required equipment for the whole country at the moment."
