I asked the Question knowing that he is also a Member of the Constituency Roads Committee. He is a Member of Parliament and he knows what has been happening since 2008. Members will agree with me that the allocation of 2008/2009 was about Kshs28,000. The following year, it was Kshs1,000,000. The following year, it was about Kshs24 million. In the last financial year, we only had Kshs20 million. What informed the Ministry’s decision in this reduction?"
